Indian Hill husband-and-wife psychiatrists Tracey Skale, MD, and Paul E. Keck Jr., MD, have launched a new podcast focused on mental health, wellness and navigating health care. The couple also formerly lived in Hyde Park.
“Docs Tracey and Paul Discuss It All,” part of their new TMBO: Two Minds Better Than One platform, launched on Sept. 9 during National Suicide Prevention Month and National Suicide Prevention Week.
Dr. Skale and Dr. Keck bring more than 70 years of combined experience in psychiatry to the podcast, which features conversations about mental health, treatment, wellness, current issues and everyday health questions. Special guests and other experts are also featured on the podcast.
Dr. Tracey Skale
Dr. Skale has more than 30 years of experience in mental health care and joined Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services in 1993. She served as the organization’s chief medical officer for more than 20 years. Her areas of expertise include psychopharmacology, neuroscience and diseases of the brain. In 2024, she received the organization’s Champions of Hope Honoree Award.
Dr. Paul E. Keck Jr.
Keck is senior consulting psychiatrist and founding president and CEO emeritus of the Lindner Center of HOPE and professor emeritus of psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. His clinical and research work has focused on bipolar disorder, depression and clinical psychopharmacology. He has authored or co-authored hundreds of scientific papers, reviews, textbook chapters and books.
According to Dr. Keck and Dr. Skale, the podcast is intended to make conversations about mental health more accessible while sharing information drawn from their clinical and research experience.
