Stepping Stones Nets Over $122,800+ At Sporting Clays Tournament

Stepping Stones hosted its 10th annual Sporting Clays Tournament on October 23, 2026, at the Sycamore Pheasant Club in Loveland. The event raised a net total of more than $122,800+ to benefit year-round programming for children, teens and adults with disabilities, making it the most successful Sporting Clays Tournament to date!

Attendees hit the course for a clay shoot featuring 75 targets and a flurry game. Supporters raised money for the organization by participating in a ra­ffle and a live auction with premier packages. Rob Zesch, Doug Marsh, Keith Lang and Mike Lang won the team competition. Derek Woodruff was the winning individual shooter. Platinum sponsors from the event included PLK Communities, and the Austin E. Knowlton Foundation. Gold Sponsors included CSJ Charitable Fund, UBS – The Anning Group, and Two Danes Enterprises. 

“Thank you to everyone that has supported this event over the past 10 years” said event co-chairs Peter Borchers and Brian Folke. “It was a special day, with our highest attendance, celebrating the 10th anniversary in support of Stepping Stones and their programs.”

Stepping Stones is an impact agency serving more than 700 people with disabilities in day and overnight programs that increase independence and promote inclusion. Founded in 1963, the agency provides educational, recreational and social programs at locations in Batavia, Indian Hill, Norwood and Western Hills.
