Stepping Stones hosted its 22nd annual Boogie & Bloom fundraiser, presented by Roto-Rooter, on Saturday, October 3rd at Element Eatery. The event raised a net total of more than $391,595+ to benefit year-round programming for children, teens and adults with disabilities.
Event chair Gwen Horter hosted the 70s-themed evening with retro arcade games, an illuminated dance floor, activities, fabulous silent auction, a heartfelt program and dinner by Element Eatery’s collection of restaurants.
“Thank you to everyone who supported Stepping Stones at Boogie & Bloom this year,” said event chair Gwen Horter. “It was our most successful Bloom to date, and we could not do it without the generosity of supporters, committee members, auction donors and volunteers.”
The event’s Presenting sponsor was Roto-Rooter. Platinum sponsors include the Rendigs Foundation, Jeanne & Bob Coughlin, and Mendy & Dr. Andrew Ringer. Disco sponsors include CSJ Charitable Fund, Eleanor & Steve Haussler, Horter Investment Management, The Pettengill Family, Towne Properties, Susie & Neil Bortz and Vurvey Labs.
Stepping Stones is an impact agency serving hundreds of individuals with disabilities in day and
